Return & Refund Policy – DAIISY
At DAIISY, each product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. To ensure transparency and fairness, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Parcel Checking Policy
1. Customers must check the parcel in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
2. If there is any defect, damage, or missing item, it must be reported immediately while the delivery person is present.
3. Once the delivery person leaves, no exchange or return will be accepted for defects, damages, or quality issues.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for:
1. Defects reported after delivery completion
2. Size issues
3. Color variation (minor differences may occur due to lighting/screen settings)
4. Change of mind after delivery
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases approved by DAIISY (such as verified issues reported at the time of delivery).
Once approved, refund processing takes 3–5 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during purchase.
Important Notes
Any claims made after the delivery is completed will not be entertained. By placing an order with DAIISY, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
