Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only when the parcel is checked in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
What if the delivery person has already left?
Once the delivery person has left, the order will be considered accepted and we will not be able to process any return or exchange requests.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If the item is damaged or incorrect and the issue is identified while checking the parcel in front of the delivery person, we will accept the return or arrange a replacement.
