Delivery Areas and Charges
We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka – BDT 90

   

• Outside Dhaka – BDT 150

   

For international deliveries, please check with us via Instagram or Facebook DMs before placing your order to confirm if we can ship to your country.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your parcel. Please keep your contact information accurate to ensure smooth delivery.

Parcel Check and Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if the parcel is checked in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If the delivery person has left, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Parcel Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Items cannot be returned or exchanged due to size differences, so please check sizing carefully before placing an order. Damaged or incorrect items received in front of the delivery person are eligible for return or exchange.
